The company was a typical representative of the New Economy, armed with extraordinary liquidity thanks to an angel from the venture-capital scene. The actual product was software to simplify services when employing complex standard software. The company was involved in programming, software sales, sales, and distribution of data, setting up applications servers and projects. There was no clear strategy regarding the core business but a brief analysis showed that projects were the only business that was making money. The company began making money once the project business was structured along professional lines and the sales organization brought into line.
